Babus has amazing food! The staff is so friendly and the portion sizes are more then generous. Definitely one of the best places to stop in and eat in Manitou!

My husband and I dined at Babu’s last night. We had heard good things about the restaurant and we were not disappointed. Our dining experience was actually a high point of our time spent in Manitou Springs. The food was amazing and authentically prepared. Chef Saurabh and his wife, Yashira, clearly know what they are doing in creating memorable dining experiences for their customers and they are impeccable hosts. We highly recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner and look forward to dining here again when we are in town next time.
